Aquarium

On July 23, Mom and Dad took the afternoon off and we made my first trip to the aquarium!

My company picnic was held earlier this month at Stricker's Grove so Liam has his first taste of an amusement park.

A sampling of Liam's new skills in the last few weeks....

- He learned that a doggy says "woof" although his version comes out more like he's just blowing out a candle

- He knows the sign for drink

- He can point to a toy's nose and tummy somewhat reliably

- This past week he said 'ball' and 'bird' (although they sound remarkably similar) and pointed to the object. His teacher, Ms. Carolyn, also said he said 'stop' this week but I haven't heard it.

- He continues to practice standing and walking with one hand and no hands! His maximum steps on his own is up to 6 or 7!
