These are some of Liam's favorite songs to sing....

"A, B, C...H, I...M, P...X, Y, Z! Yea!" (Followed by clapping) Another variation of this is: "A, B, C, beef, beef, beef...yea!" (Again, clapping and hysterical laughter)

I love some of the Liam-isms that sneak into Liam's speech. For example, he pronounces his name "Me-um" and an ambulance is a "an-dance."

The best day!

We just got back from a great day! Started off with a long walk to Busken for our weekend donuts. After nap we went to the pool with Liam's dear friend Bella. Liam loves to jump off the side of the pool into our waiting arms. Today, he saw big kids jumping off the diving board and said, "me do dat!" After locating a life jacket, we took the plunge! I dropped Liam off the board into the water where Geoff was waiting to grab him. The two of them swam to the side and Liam very excitedly said, "Me jump high diving board! AGAIN!" So, we did it again! My little brave daredevil! After the pool we hit a local festival where Liam got to ride a school bus (the shuttle from the parking lot), 'drive' a firetruck and get a hat from the firefighter, ride a pony and have ice cream! This could have possibly been the perfect day from a 2 year old's perspective.

July 4th Weekend

Coney...parades...and fun! I swear he loved the rides at Coney. He takes his fun very seriously.

Funny Stuff

Today, Liam thought the word "yikes" was hysterical. He laughed and laughed until he got the hiccups. He tried to repeat it himself but he could never get the word out because he was laughing so hard.

In the car today, we were listening to a song called "I Can Do It" and Liam started singing along..."I (as loud as possible) do it!" Then, tonight, while we were interviewing a realtor, he got out his Cool Keys toy (that little 1980's synthesizer-ish thing), pretended to play it and sang his song. Hilarious!

Aquarium

On July 23, Mom and Dad took the afternoon off and we made my first trip to the aquarium!

First Amusement Park

My company picnic was held earlier this month at Stricker's Grove so Liam has his first taste of an amusement park.
