Boo-Boos

Liam is obsessed with boo-boos. His interest started with a book called "Kiss It Better" about a little bear that gets a lot of boo-boos. His interest was reinforced after Geoff had a little run in with lawn equipment that required a trip to the ER and stitches (he's fine). Liam's mantra has been "Daddy...big boo-boo...fingers...hurt." This past weekend Liam got his own boo-boo - some pretty decent road rash on his shin after a tumble off a concrete step. All weekend he kept telling us: "Liam...boo-boo...leg...hurt." So far, he has no interest in band-aids. They kind of creep him out - they just don't belong on his skin. I also haven't gotten him to admit that boo-boos can get all better. He's not buying it.
